Event Vendor Registration

Registration for this event closes June 3rd, 2023. 

All vendors will receive a letter of acceptance (or decline) via email.

Vendor Requirements:

All vendors must be completely set up by 9am and vehicles moved to designated parking areas around Austin Park or Burns Valley School lot next to the field. Clean up time can start at 1pm if desired. All vendors must be dismantled and cleaned up by 3pm.

Exhibit Space:

CLCC agrees to provide one 10’x12′ space, but tables, chairs and tents are the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors will be responsible for the setup of their own exhibit. Power will not be provided however generators are permitted with prior approval. Please request use when submitting your application. Assignment of spaces will be allocated by CLCC.


All food vendors must meet and comply with the Lake County Health Department regulations and it is the vendors responsibility to obtain a permit from the County of Lake. Compliance will be validated by event staff on site the day of the event. (Lake County Public Health 707-263-1164) Food vendors must provide two trash cans and bags to be placed in front of your booth.
